Refunds must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the first day of class for the full amount to be credited to the participants community education account. This credit can be used for future classes for Pool & Fitness Center memberships.

If the request is less than 7 days before the class and prior to the second class, a $10 service feel will be deducted and the remainder credited to the participants Community Education account.

If a refund is requested for one day classes less than 7 days prior to he class date, a $10 service will be charged and the remainder will be credited to the participant's Community Education account.

A full refund will be issued if a class or program is cancelled by Waterford Community Education.
