District Receives 100% State Police Safety Inspection
Pass Rate
The Waterford Transportation Department received a 100%
pass rate with no violations for its fleet of 81 buses.
Michigan school buses undergo an annual 198-point
inspection which is more extensive than those for any
commercial vehicle in the State.
Congratulations to our mechanics for their outstanding
commitment to safety!

Winter Safety
As we settle into
the winter season, we would like to remind everyone
of the importance of being extra careful around
school buildings and bus stops. As inclement weather
approaches, please exercise extra caution around
schools and bus stops. As always, please review the
safety rules with your children and have a plan in
place in case of delays or closures.
